Shipping policy
* All In-Stock Orders, usually will ship within 1 day. We do not ship weekends or holidays.
* Any orders received for Out of Stock Items, customers will be contacted via email to discuss lead time and next steps to take. Most products should list any additional lead time needed to complete but in the event they do not and an order is placed you will be contacted.
* Special Orders(Including but not limited to Öhlins Products, GPR Stabilizer, Speed Dealer Customs Swingarms, Subframes, Struts, Complete Engines)- Ship times should be listed on product pages.
*Free Shipping is offered at $100.00 or more. SPEED DEALER CUSTOMS SWINGARMS, SUBFRAMES, STRUTS, SIMPSON HELMETS, GPR STABILIZERS, OHLINS SUSPENSION AND THUNDERMAX TUNERS ARE EXCLUDING FROM FREE SHIPPING PROGRAM.
* We offer Free Standard USPS First Class or Priority depending on weights and items ordered to all of the United States including Hawaii ,Alaska and its territories. Free shipping delivery times may vary from 2-7 business days.
* Expedited Shipping options are available at an extra cost through UPS or FedEx and may be requested at time of checkout or by contacting us to set something up.
* Requesting and paying for priority shipping, will only apply to the delivery time specified by the carrier chosen, this in no way suggests we will process your order any sooner. Our handling times will still apply, see above.
* Overnight Shipping is available at an additional charge, however we will not process any overnight requests after 12pm CST, these requests will be filled the next business day. *Overnight shipments requested on Friday's will only be processed if received before 10am CST requests received after 10am will process on Monday. We do not guarantee any Saturday overnight deliveries.
* Any shipping options chosen by the customer that require additional charges, are NON-REFUNDABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS!!
* Please be advised, once your packages leave our facility we have no control over carrier disruptions that may cause a delay in delivery times. We will NOT refund any shipping costs paid due to late deliveries/delays by carriers. Please purchase expediated services at your own risk.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
*Please be advised, if you choose USPS First Class Package services estimated delivery times are now anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks for delivery to take place. This service does not offer a guaranteed time for delivery if you need a guaranteed time please use our FedEx services or contact us and we will help you out.
*International Shipping charges paid by customers are NON-REFUNDABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS!!
* Please be advised, once your packages leave our facility we have no control over carrier disruptions that may cause a delay in delivery times.
