Refund policy

* Please contact us before returning items.
* International Customers, please contact us before returning your process is slightly different.
* In order to continue to provide our customers with Free Shipping Options, Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs back to us and this does include exchanges, unless an order error has occurred on our side.
* ALL returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee!
* When returning products, they must be in original packaging and packed well. We will not be responsible for damage in transit back to us! If returned damaged there will be a 15% restock fee, NO EXCEPTIONS!
* Motogadget Items that have outside seals, we will NOT except a return on this product if these seals are broken. They are there for a reason, if you have any questions about install or fitment please ask before opening these packages.
* Any Special Order Items (Including Ohlins, Vance and Hines, GPR Stabilizer) will be assessed on a case by case basis and up to a 50% return fee may be assessed.
* WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS PAST 30 DAYS OF ORDER DATE, NO EXCEPTIONS!
