Ways to Order
All of the orders that are placed on our website are safe and secure and we will never pass on any of your personal information to third party.
We offer a few ways to order:
- Online – Place an order on our website! If you have any questions about placing an order online feel free to contact us before you place your order and we will be able to assist you. All online orders include email receipts and tracking when the order is shipped.
- Phone – Call 417-717-4316 to place your order or ask any questions you have before placing your order. All phone orders are placed using credit cards, so be sure and have one ready if you want to call in your order. After placing you order you will receive an email receipt confirming your purchase.
We collect sales tax for orders that are shipped to Missouri addresses, or have a billing address in Missouri. We abide by all state tax laws, and are required to report sales in the state of Missouri. We stay updated with online and state tax laws regularly, and will update our terms if this was ever to change.
We will be updating our sales tax policies to be in accordance with several states that now requires us to collect and remit sales tax to their state, this is an on-going update.
We accept all major credit cards as well as Amazon and PayPal payments. If there is a method that you use regularly and would like to see us add, let us know.
- Shopify Payments – Integrated payments that allow our customers to check out seamlessly on our website without being re-directed elsewhere.
- Amazon Payments – This method is available on the checkout page. If you decide to use this method, all you need to do is login to your Amazon account and all your shipping and payment information that is stored on Amazon will be available for you to use. This is a great way to pay – simple and easy.
- PayPal Express at Checkout option
- All In-Stock Orders Received by 11 am CST, usually will ship same day. Orders after this time will ship next day.
- Order cancellations received before our carriers pickup will be able to process with little to no issues.
- Orders can not be cancelled once our carriers have picked up your package, these will then need to be sent back to us before a refund will be processed.
- Orders are only processed and shipped Monday-Friday, unless a holiday falls on one of these days.
- Any orders received for Out of Stock Items, customers will be contacted via email to discuss lead time and next steps to take. Most products should list any additional lead time needed to complete but in the event they do not and an order is placed you will be contacted.
- Special Orders(Including but not limited to Öhlins Products, GPR Stabilizer, Speed Dealer Customs Headlights and Forward Controls, Complete Engines)- Ship times will vary and will be discussed before or during placing the order.
- We offer Free Standard USPS First Class or Priority depending on weights and items ordered to all of the United States including Hawaii and Alaska and its territories. Free shipping delivery times may vary from 2-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping options are available at an extra cost through FedEx and may be requested at time of checkout or by contacting us to set something up.
- Requesting priority shipping, will only apply to the delivery time specified by the carrier chosen, this in no way suggests we will process your order any sooner. Our handling times will still apply, see above.
- Overnight Shipping is available at an additional charge, however we will not process any overnight requests after 2pm CST, these requests will be filled the next day.
- Any shipping options chosen by the customer that require additional charges, are NON-REFUNDABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS!!
- Please be advised, once your packages leave our facility we have no control over carrier disruptions that may cause a delay in delivery times. Unless, you have paid for a guaranteed delivery time(i.e. overnight shipping or FedEx 2-Day) we will NOT refund shipping charges due to carrier disruptions.
- International Buyers are responsible for all shipping, taxes, customs and fees that may be incurred with purchasing something that has to be imported to your country. So please keep this in mind when ordering from us.
- Shipping options for our International Customers will include the following(delivery times provided are an estimated time of delivery based on our international shipping experiences and information provided by our carriers):
- USPS First Class International- This is typically the cheapest option but please be advised there is no definite delivery day available. Some Shipments may take 4-6 weeks depending on location
- USPS Priority International- Has a delivery window of 6-10 business days
- USPS Priority Express International- Has a delivery window of 3-5 business days
- FedEx International- We are proud to announce we have secured a new faster way to get your packages to you sometimes in 3 business days!
- All other policies apply from our Domestic Shipping Section in regards to handling times.
- Please contact us before returning items.
- International Customers, please contact us before returning your process is slightly different.
- In order to continue to provide our customers with Free Shipping Options, Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs back to us and this does include exchanges, unless an order error has occurred on our side.
- For full refund certain terms will apply, please contact us for information.
- All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee!
- When returning products, they must be in original packaging and packed well. We will not be responsible for damage in transit back to us! If returned damaged there will be a 15% restock fee, NO EXCEPTIONS!
- Motogadget Items that have outside seals, we will NOT accept a return on these products if the seals are broken. They are there for a reason, if you have any questions about install or fitment please ask before opening these packages.
- Any Special Order Items (Including Öhlins, Vance and Hines, GPR Stabilizer) will be assessed on a case by case basis and up to a 50% return fee may be assessed.
- WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS PAST 30 DAYS OF SHIPPING DATE, NO EXCEPTIONS!

- Any information on this site including photographs are the property of Speed Dealer Performance and as such shall not be copied, altered or disseminated in any way.
- Please note that many photographs shown may be stock photos and products may have slight differences.
- We are the only distributor of our Speed Dealer Customs parts, while we work with many shops we do not have any authorized distributors at this time. Customers who purchase any products from other shops will not be eligible for warranty claims through Speed Dealer Customs.
