Important Information about Shipments

Please be advised: Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we are continuing to see delays across the country and world. Here are a few things to be aware of when you place an order with us.

  • We will continue to ship in-stock products within 24 hours of purchase (We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays)
  • Back ordered products(a product is on back order when stated on the product page) - Back ordered products are being impacted as well due to delayed material deliveries. If there is to be an extension to our current 14 business day(Business days do not include weekends or holidays) lead time we will contact you as soon as we understand on how the delay will impact your order.
  • Please allow up to an additional 3 mail days for your package to arrive for domestic deliveries.
  • We also suggest customers use our Free Shipping Methods as we will not reimburse for delayed/late delivery of paid expedited shipping. 
    • FedEx announced the following pertaining to their money-back guarantees: 
    • The impact of COVID-19 is causing local, state, and national governments around the world to issue work and travel restrictions on a daily basis which are impacting our ability to meet our high standards of service. As a result, we have made the decision to suspend our money-back guarantee for all FedEx Express, FedEx Ground and FedEx Freight services effective immediately until further notice
  • International Customers, if using USPS First Class International please allow up to 6 to 8 weeks for deliveries. If you would prefer a better estimated delivery time frame please use our FedEx International options. 

Please be mindful we have zero control on how and when the post office decides to deliver your package once it has left the shop.
