To Our Customers

We are following along with the current COVID-19 Situation. In an effort to help slow the spread of the virus we have taken extra steps to ensure our facilities are clean and sanitized for our employees multiple times a day, as well as adding telecommuting options as needed. We will continue to follow the rules and guidelines set out from local, state and federal organizations and take a day by day approach to our operations.

Currently at this time we are business as usual and will continue to be shipping out customer orders and providing customer service. As we continue to monitor this situation, if the time comes where we have severe carrier disruptions or are required to halt operations, do note we will not ship packages and our customer service will be delayed in responding to your questions or concerns.  We will take care of you as soon as the situation will allow.

Back-orders can also be affected by the ongoing COVID-19 crisis due to acquiring materials to complete these orders, if this is the case we will contact you!

We would like to thank you in advance for being patient and we hope that all of our customers stay healthy and safe!!

11/20/20--

As of 11/20/20 we have had very little delivery issues for domestic shipments however there are still handling days being added to USPS Priority and First Class Parcel options so please plan accordingly.

International Customers may experience longer than normal delivery times, no guarantee of exact delivery dates in several locations and complete shut down in others. Please plan accordingly and check in with your local post locations for updates.

Additional Info for our International Customers, we have seen delivery times anywhere from 1 week to 6 weeks or more for deliveries when choosing the USPS First Class International option.
